Describe this task →Check the work address
Separate cosmetic Vancouver remodel work from layout, structural or trade changes. Check the parcel jurisdiction and make each permit and subcontractor responsibility explicit in the written scope.
Location and visit planning
For the Vancouver work address, state the home age if known, floor level and whether the work area is finished or unfinished. These details matter more than a neighborhood label. Parking, stairs, elevator rules and cross-town traffic can change the visit window. Share access instructions without publishing a door code.
Confirm whether the address is inside Vancouver city limits or unincorporated Clark County because the permitting authority may differ.
Get a comparable written estimate
- Share photos of the work area and the full scope.
- Ask which materials, preparation, disposal and finish are included.
- Confirm access, permits and any trade credentials for the exact work.
