What appears publicly
A published review may show the rating, comment, date, service and city when that information is available and appropriate to display.
External reputation stays separate
Google reviews or another public source may appear in a clearly labeled External reputation section. External counts and ratings are never added to the KABLAY Job Review count or KABLAY rating.
How disputes are handled
A client or specialist may contact support with the task, messages, photos, written estimate or receipt. We review relevance, authenticity and platform rules.
When content may be hidden
Abusive, private, promotional, unrelated or unverifiable content may be withheld while it is reviewed. A review is not removed merely because it is critical.
